We currently collect and process the following information :

• Identity data which may include your billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
• Transaction data which may include details about payments made between us and details of purchases made by you. If you pay by credit card, our website provider GoDaddy stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

• Technical data is collected automatically and may include your internet protocol ( IP) addresses, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating systems and platform, length of visit, page views  and other technology on the devices you use to access this site.

• We do not collect any sensitive data eg. race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientations, health etc.

Delivery companies - who process your name, address and telephone number details only, to enable them to deliver customer parcels. We may use this information to comply with contractual obligations. eg if you order an item from us for home delivery, we will collect your address details to deliver your purchase, and pass them on to our carefully chosen delivery company.

Facebook & Instagram - to serve relevant adverts to you and others.

We may publish and share any photographs or videos you have tagged #summergallery #pamglenniestudio in a social media post or on your social media profile. This will be to support the marketing of our products. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable or other information you choose to submit or tag and we reserve the right to remove any user content by any user at our sole discretion. We will never publish any photograph of customers or the general public without consent.

Google - to assist us in the improvement of our website. We use Google Analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use our website.

GoDaddy - our website online store provider, will process any order you make online with us.

In the course of our business we will share transaction data with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

Your data is stored on GoDaddy's data storage, databases and the general GoDaddy application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Our website 'Summer Gallery' is powered by GoDaddy and  is protected with an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, a trusted level of domain validation and strong encryption ability.

If you pay by credit card, GoDaddy stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). After that is complete your purchase information is delted.

All credit card payment systems adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as mangeded by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Paypal -  processes payment of any retail purchase you make with us. Every Paypal transaction is encrypted by them using advanced encryption technology.

Occasionally, we may include or offer third-party products and/or links on our website. These third-party sites have separate independent privacy policies for which we have no responsibility or liability for. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

We will hold on to your information for only as long as is needed to be able to fulfil orders you have placed and for the purposes of satisfying any legal and accounting requirements. By law we keep basic information about our customers for seven years for taxation purposes.

Information is deleted from our electronic systems or shredded after this time.

If you provide your credit card information to  GoDaddy and Paypal , this information will be encrypted using  SSL technology. Although no method of transmission is 100% secure, they follow all PCI-DSS requirements.  Administrative information that is written on paper is held securely under lock and key at our premises.
